X-Ray Reports and Films in the NORAD system

If you have x-rays taken by either your family doctor, a specialist or chiropractor in Northern Ontario, then you should be given an information sheet that explains how you can share your reports and films with any other health professional you visit through a program called POCKET HEALTH.  This digital program allows you to share, for a small fee, any or all of your medical records with the use of a link that is sent to your provider via email.

This is a new procedure for our office and going forward we will ask that all patients with x-rays to share, please register an account with Pocket Health and provide an email link to our office at northerncsreception@gmail.com.
